Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join our Aldi family. As a vital part of our team, you will be responsible for various in-store activities including merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. This role offers a competitive starting wage of $16.50 per hour for full-time employment with opportunities for growth and development within our organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate proficiency in all required tasks outlined for the role.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers with their needs.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate efficiently with store management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and overall store operations.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum age requirement of 18 years old.
• Proficiency in cash register operation and basic equipment handling.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, stocking, and general cleaning.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is advantageous.
