Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join ALDI's dynamic team. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in maintaining the store's organization and providing top-notch customer service. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and ensuring the store is clean and welcoming.

32-40 hours per week

Starting Wage

$18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Assist customers with their shopping experience
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
• Stock shelves, merchandise displays, and maintain inventory accuracy
• Operate cash register and adhere to cash handling policies
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
• Perform general cleaning duties

Physical Demands

Ability to lift up to 45 pounds, stand for extended periods, and perform various physical tasks

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• Excellent customer service skills
• Efficient cash handling abilities
• Experience in retail environment preferred

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred

Prior work experience in retail is a plus
