Job Description

Join ALDI as a Store Team Member and play a key role in ensuring the store runs smoothly. As a member of the team, you will merchandise and stock products, operate the cashier, and maintain a clean environment to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Assist in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service
• Operate cash register and store equipment efficiently
• Prioritize cleanliness and follow company policies
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous retail experience is a plus
