Job Description

We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our team as Store Team Members at Aldi. As a Store Team Member, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's core values and competencies in your daily tasks.
• Assist customers with their shopping needs and provide exceptional service.
• Work collaboratively with team members and communicate effectively.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and assist in store inventory counts.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and cash handling guidelines.
• Perform physical tasks such as stocking shelves and operating equipment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register.
• Experience in a retail environment is preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
