Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining the store's appearance, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers. This position offers a starting wage of $18.00 per hour with full-time hours ranging from 32-40 per week.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves with merchandise and maintain product displays.
• Operate the cash register efficiently and accurately.
• Provide prompt and courteous customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
• Collaborate with the team and communicate effectively with management.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures while ensuring store security and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior work experience in a retail environment is preferred.
• Ability to operate equipment and perform general cleaning duties.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
