Store Team Member

Position: Store Team Member

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a vital part of our store operations, you will be responsible for various tasks such as merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain store tidiness, and assist customers with exceptional service
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate clearly with management
• Monitor inventory accuracy and provide feedback on products and customer experience
• Adhere to cash handling policies, company procedures, and uphold document security
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Proficient in providing prompt customer service and operating a cash register
• Able to use store equipment and perform cleaning tasks
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team
• High school diploma preferred with retail experience beneficial
