Job Description

Join our team at Aldi as a Store Team Member where you will take on various responsibilities including merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and ensuring a clean and inviting store environment. This role will allow you to collaborate with the Aldi team to provide exceptional customer service and enhance the overall shopping experience.

Position Type

• Full-Time
• 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $19.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Deliver exceptional customer service and support a positive shopping experience
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and store operations
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to company policies and procedures
• Handle cash transactions following established procedures
• Execute general cleaning tasks and maintain store cleanliness
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Experience in retail and customer service preferred
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment
• Strong communication skills
• Capability to work independently and within a team
• High school diploma or equivalent
