Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring our store is well-organized, customers receive outstanding service, and products are stocked and displayed neatly.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean shopping environment.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers with their needs.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate well with management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational matters.
• Participate in inventory management and uphold cash handling policies.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old to apply.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous service.
• Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Capable of meeting physical demands and working in a team environment.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
