Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As part of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our store maintains a welcoming atmosphere for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store to provide an exceptional shopping experience.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's M.A.P. values in all interactions.
• Assist customers with purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise.
• Collaborate with team members to provide excellent customer service.
• Communicate effectively with store management and provide feedback on products.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and maintain store security.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
