Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Stock merchandise, process customer purchases, and maintain a clean store environment.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and customer issues.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies.
• Comply with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register.
• Proficiency in equipment operation and general cleaning.
• Effective communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
