Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance and providing exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean shopping environment.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays accurately.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers with their needs.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with store management.
• Contribute to inventory management and follow cash handling procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register efficiently.
• Experience in retail environments is preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Capability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
