Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join Aldi's team. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for a range of tasks from merchandising to providing exceptional customer service.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Enhance the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional customer service.
• Collaborate with team members and store management.
• Stock shelves, perform cleaning duties, and handle customer transactions.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to operate equipment and perform general cleaning duties.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail experience is a plus.
