We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring our store is well-organized, stocked, and offers exceptional customer service. Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties and assist customers with their shopping experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the store.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Monitor inventory and provide feedback on products.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures for a secure and efficient operation.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service.
• Operate a cash register and store equipment.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
