Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join Aldi and contribute to maintaining our store's appearance and enhancing the customer shopping experience. As a crucial part of our team, you will be responsible for various tasks including cashiering, merchandising, and providing exceptional customer service.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and any operational issues
• Participate in store inventory counts and adhere to cash policies
• Follow company policies and procedures to maintain store security and confidentiality
• Perform other assigned duties as required

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years
• Proficient in customer service and cash register operation
• Ability to operate store equipment and perform general cleaning tasks
• Excellent communication skills and work ethic
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
