Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join Aldi, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and provides exceptional customer service. As part of the team, you will collaborate with colleagues to create a positive shopping experience for customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's M.A.P. competencies in daily tasks.
• Assist customers with purchases and provide excellent service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Conduct inventory counts and ensure accuracy.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement of 18 years.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma preferred.
• Retail experience is a plus.
