Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Team Member, you will play a vital role in ensuring our store operates smoothly by assisting in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and providing outstanding customer service. Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's core values and professionalism in all interactions
• Process customer transactions, maintain cleanliness and organization in the store
• Provide exceptional customer service and collaborate effectively with colleagues
• Assist in inventory management and report any issues to management
• Follow cash handling policies and uphold company standards
• Adhere to company policies and ensure data security and confidentiality

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service
• Proficiency in operating cash registers and store equipment
• Experience in retail and understanding of inventory procedures (preferred)
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
