Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a clean and organized store, stocking products, operating the cash register, and providing top-notch customer service. Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Performing cashiering duties and maintaining cleanliness in the store.
• Collaborating with team members to ensure a positive shopping experience for customers.
• Stocking shelves and merchandise displays accurately and neatly.
• Providing feedback to management on products, inventory, and customer issues.
• Participating in store inventory counts and following cash handling procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older to apply.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team setting.
• Efficiently operate a cash register and other store equipment.
