Job Description

Join our team at ALDI as a Store Team Member. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, operating the cash register, and maintaining the store's cleanliness. Working collaboratively with the ALDI team, you will provide exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and stock shelves
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Participate in inventory counts and follow cash handling policies

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Prior retail experience preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent
