Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join ALDI. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment. Your role will involve enhancing the shopping experience for our customers by providing exceptional service and collaborating effectively with the ALDI team.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Participate in inventory management and monitoring
• Adhere to cash policies and company procedures

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 years
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service
• Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment
• Experience in retail operations preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
