Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store maintains an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness to uphold our high standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate clearly with management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and any operational issues.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficient in cash register operations, equipment handling, and general cleaning tasks.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently and in a team setting.
• High school diploma preferred with retail experience considered a plus.
