Job Description

We are hiring Store Team Members to join our dynamic team at ALDI. As a Store Team Member, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining an organized and clean store environment, and collaborating with your team members. Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
• Stock shelves, merchandise displays, and maintain cleanliness in the store.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures while ensuring a secure and efficient store operation.
• Participate in inventory management and maintain inventory accuracy.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other equipment efficiently.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
