Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining product displays, operating the cash register, and ensuring the store's cleanliness.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
• Process customer purchases, restock shelves, and maintain neat merchandise displays.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies and procedures.
• Follow company policies, maintain security, and uphold confidentiality.
• Perform other assigned duties as required.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
• Ability to provide prompt, courteous customer service.
• Efficient cash register operation and equipment handling skills.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team.
• High school diploma preferred and retail experience is a plus.
• Ability to meet state and local requirements for alcohol sales.
