Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and keep merchandise displays neat
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
• Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts
• Adhere to cash policies and procedures to minimize losses

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Prompt and courteous customer service skills
• Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment
• Ability to follow company policies and procedures
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience preferred
• Combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge
