Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and presenting a welcoming environment for our customers. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, merchandising, and providing top-notch customer service.

Job Type

Full-Time, 32-40 hours per week

Starting Wage

$17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and collaborate effectively with team members.
• Provide feedback to management on product issues and inventory.
• Adhere to cash handling procedures and company policies.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other equipment efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
