Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join ALDI's team. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring that the store is well-organized, products are stocked, and customers receive exceptional service. This position is full-time, offering 32-40 hours per week at a starting wage of $16.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, maintain store cleanliness, and stock shelves.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and assist in store inventory counts.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old or above.
• Ability to deliver prompt and friendly customer service.
• Efficiently operate a cash register and store equipment.
• Follow company policies and procedures diligently.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma preferred.
• Previous retail experience is advantageous.
• Combination of education and experience will be considered.
