Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join ALDI, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily tasks to uphold store appearance and cleanliness.
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting shoppers and addressing inquiries.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Perform cashier duties and handle transactions accurately.
• Contribute to inventory maintenance and participate in store inventory counts.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
