Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our store maintains a welcoming environment and exceptional service for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to uphold our high standards.

Position Type

Full-Time, 32-40 hours per week

Starting Wage

$17.50 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and support a positive shopping experience
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
• Contribute to inventory management and ensure accuracy
• Follow cash policies and uphold company procedures

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Excellent customer service skills
• Proficient in operating cash registers and store equipment
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
