Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store's success by merchandising and stocking products, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized environment.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Stock shelves, merchandise displays, and maintain cleanliness in the store.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate clearly with store management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and any issues to the management team.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
