Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. This full-time position offers 32-40 hours per week with a starting wage of $18.00 per hour.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and provide exceptional customer service.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and adhere to cash handling policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and perform general cleaning duties.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
