Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store's success by merchandising products, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized environment.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties and assist customers with their shopping needs.
• Maintain product displays, stock shelves, and keep the store tidy.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and customer issues.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficiency in operating cash registers and store equipment.
• Capable of following company policies and procedures.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
