Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Team Member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our store maintains a high standard for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, cleaning, and providing exceptional customer service in a collaborative team environment.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills in your role.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Report inventory issues and provide feedback to enhance the store experience.
• Follow cash handling procedures and maintain compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to deliver excellent customer service and operate a cash register.
• Aptitude to use store equipment and perform cleaning tasks.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
