Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join ALDI. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. You will collaborate with the ALDI team, demonstrate excellent customer service, and contribute to the overall efficiency of the store operations.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Weekly Hours: 32-40 hours
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Stock merchandise, process customer purchases, and maintain clean store environment
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers during their visit
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Monitor inventory accuracy and adhere to company policies and procedures

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
