Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Team Member, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, merchandising products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Responsibilities

• Enhance customer shopping experience by providing exceptional service and assistance.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Operate cash register efficiently and accurately.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior work experience in a retail environment is preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
