Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Team Member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our store operates smoothly and our customers have a pleasant shopping experience. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Roles and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Assist customers with their shopping needs and provide exceptional customer service
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Maintain inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts
• Operate cash registers following cash policies and procedures
• Adhere to company policies and procedures while ensuring security and confidentiality

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Prior retail experience preferred
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate cash registers
• Proficient in equipment operation and general cleaning duties
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
