As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store is well-organized, adequately stocked, and delivering exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining the overall cleanliness of the store to provide customers with an outstanding shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members to maintain store organization and cleanliness.
• Stock shelves and product displays efficiently and neatly.
• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers and processing purchases.
• Communicate effectively with the team and management regarding inventory and customer feedback.
• Follow company policies and procedures to uphold store security and confidentiality.
• Participate in inventory management activities and adhere to cash handling policies.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and equipment accurately and safely.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
