Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join Aldi's team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. This full-time position offers 32-40 hours per week with a starting wage of $18.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
• Assist in inventory management and store cleanliness
• Operate a cash register efficiently

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years
• Excellent communication skills
• Prior retail experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• High school diploma or equivalent
