Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Team Member, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure a top-notch shopping experience for our customers. By collaborating with the ALDI team and providing exceptional customer service, you will contribute to the success of our store.

Position Type

Full-Time, 32-40 hours per week

Starting Wage

$16.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and neatly stock shelves
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy
• Adhere to cash handling policies to minimize losses
• Follow company policies while upholding confidentiality

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Excellent customer service and cash register skills
• Ability to operate store equipment and perform cleaning tasks
• Strong communication and organizational abilities
• High school diploma preferred

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent, retail experience preferred
Equivalent combination of education and experience
