Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of the store, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Your focus will be on enhancing the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional customer service and collaborating effectively with the ALDI team.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and ensure neat displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist customers in their shopping experience
• Collaborate with team members and communicate efficiently with store management
• Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts
• Adhere to cash policies, company procedures, and ensure data security
• Perform general cleaning duties and handle equipment effectively

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment
• Capability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team
• High school diploma preferred, retail experience is a plus
