Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Team Member, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with the ALDI team. This full-time position offers an average of 32-40 hours per week and a starting wage of $17.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring security and data confidentiality.
• Participate in inventory counts and follow cash handling procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide prompt customer service and operate a cash register.
• Proficiency in equipment operation and general cleaning tasks.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team.
• High school diploma preferred, with retail experience as a plus.
