Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for our customers. You will collaborate with the ALDI team to provide exceptional customer service and support overall store operations.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Assist customers and provide excellent customer service
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies
• Follow company policies and procedures while ensuring data security and confidentiality

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to offer prompt and courteous customer service
• Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment
• Capability to perform cleaning duties and follow company guidelines
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is advantageous
