Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a valuable team player, you will be responsible for various in-store tasks to ensure a top-notch shopping experience for our customers. Your role will involve merchandising, cashiering, maintaining cleanliness, and providing exceptional customer service.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Operate cash register, stock merchandise, and maintain neat displays.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by assisting shoppers with their needs.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate clearly with management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and overall store operations.
• Follow cash policies, uphold company procedures, and ensure data security.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older to apply.
• Ability to offer prompt and friendly customer service.
• Operational skills for cash registers and store equipment.
• Capable of meeting physical demands of the role.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
