Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for various tasks including merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience. This is a full-time position requiring 32-40 hours per week, starting at $17.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's core competencies and professionalism.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Assist customers, communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Contribute to inventory management and cashier duties.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Operate cash registers, equipment, and follow company policies.
• High school diploma preferred, retail experience is a plus.
