Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a vital part of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the store is well-organized, merchandise is stocked, and customers receive exceptional service.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Execute daily tasks while demonstrating professionalism and exceptional service.
• Collaborate with team members and management to maintain store standards.
• Assist customers with their shopping experience and provide necessary support.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and adhere to cash handling policies.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Prior experience in retail preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
