Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is well-organized, maintaining a clean shopping environment, assisting customers, and providing exceptional customer service. This position is full-time, offering an average of 32-40 hours per week with a starting wage of $19.50 per hour.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Stock merchandise, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and assist shoppers during their store experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and overall store operations.
• Adhere to company policies, cash handling procedures, and ensure store security.
• Participate in store inventory counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
• Proficient in customer service, cash register operation, and equipment handling.
• Ability to interpret and follow company policies and procedures.
• Strong communication skills and a team player mentality.
• Dedication to organization, attention to detail, and multitasking capabilities.
• Meet state and local requirements for the sale of alcoholic beverages.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
• Combination of education and experience is considered.
