Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Team Member, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and delivering exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store to provide an outstanding shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties and assist customers in their shopping experience
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays efficiently
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Adhere to company policies and procedures

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Prior retail experience preferred
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• High school diploma or equivalent
