Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a key part of our team, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and ensuring a clean and welcoming store environment. By providing exceptional customer service and collaborating effectively with your colleagues, you will contribute to enhancing the shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) consistently.
• Process customer purchases, maintain a clean store, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and store operations.
• Participate in inventory counts and uphold cash handling policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years
• Proficient in customer service and cash register operation.
• Ability to operate store equipment and perform cleaning tasks.
• Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
