Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a crucial part of the store operations, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness to ensure a top-notch shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and arrange displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Conduct inventory counts and monitor accuracy
• Adhere to cash policies to ensure minimal losses

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old
• Proficiency in customer service and cash register operations
• Ability to operate equipment and follow cleaning procedures
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team
• High school diploma preferred
