Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at ALDI. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the store maintains a welcoming and organized environment for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, cleaning, and providing exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Perform cashier duties and maintain cleanliness in the store.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Conduct inventory counts and provide feedback on products and issues.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure a secure and efficient operation.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register.
• Demonstrate good communication skills and attention to detail.
• Prior experience in retail is preferred.
