Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a critical part of our team, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance. Your dedication to exceptional customer service and collaboration with the ALDI team will enhance the shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Provide superior customer service and assist customers throughout their shopping journey
• Communicate effectively within the team and with store management
• Support inventory management and adhere to cash policies
• Follow company procedures and policies to ensure a secure and efficient store operation

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 years old
• Proficient in cash register operation and equipment handling
• Capability to perform physical tasks and lift up to 45 pounds
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• High school diploma preferred
