Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a key part of our team, you will be responsible for merchandising, cashiering, stocking, and maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's core competencies and professionalism in daily activities.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Contribute to inventory management and ensure accuracy.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures.
• Comply with established policies while ensuring data security.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to offer prompt and friendly customer service.
• Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Capability to follow company policies and maintain cleanliness standards.
• Strong communication skills and teamwork abilities.
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and multitasking capabilities.
• High school diploma preferred; retail experience a plus.
